Acceptable Use Policy

Control boundaries are part of the product.

This policy protects Customers, third parties, infrastructure, evidence, and INTIGNAI intellectual property from unauthorized, unsafe, deceptive, or abusive use.

Effective August 1, 2026 · Version 2026-08-01.1 · Bundle intignai-commercial-2026-08-01

01

Lawful and authorized use

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and only with authority over the accounts, systems, data, people, and actions involved. You may not misrepresent identity, authority, approval, ownership, affiliation, or the source of an instruction or record.

02

Security and access restrictions

You may not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access; bypass authentication, approval, scope, expiry, revocation, rate, tenant, or workspace controls; share named-seat credentials; intercept sign-in links; probe another Customer's data; introduce malware; disrupt availability; or use the Services to attack or monitor a third party without authorization.

Security testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or adversarial evaluation requires prior written authorization defining the systems, dates, methods, limits, evidence handling, and stop conditions. Good-faith vulnerability reports should be submitted through the legal or security request path and must not include public disclosure before a reasonable remediation opportunity.

03

AI and automated-action restrictions

You may not use the Services to create or operate deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory eligibility decisions, manipulative targeting, non-consensual intimate content, harmful deepfakes, fraudulent communications, credential harvesting, unlawful weapons activity, or automated actions that evade required professional or human review.

You must preserve the defined human authority boundary for consequential actions. Do not instruct an agent, connector, or workflow to exceed its approved scope, conceal evidence, falsify a receipt, reuse an expired grant, or treat a payment as permission to access a provider or execute an action.

04

Content and data restrictions

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use; unlawful personal data; stolen credentials; malicious code; content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or regulated, biometric, health, financial, children's, government, export-controlled, or similarly sensitive data unless the applicable order and controls expressly permit it.

Do not use public inquiry forms for passwords, private keys, broker credentials, customer databases, or protected records. Use only the approved protected channel and minimum necessary data for an authorized workflow.

05

Platform integrity and intellectual property

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-export, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, model-extract, prompt-extract, benchmark for competitive replication, circumvent usage boundaries, remove notices, resell access, sublicense digital packs, publish proprietary policies, or reconstruct INTIGNAI or ARBITER control architecture except as expressly allowed by a signed integrator or licensing agreement.

Normal browser indexing of public pages and Customer-authorized exports are permitted. Open-source components remain subject to their licenses.

06

Communications, commerce, and external systems

Do not use the Services for spam, deceptive marketing, unlawful robocalling or messaging, unauthorized payment collection, market manipulation, unapproved trading, fraudulent reviews, fake support, or communications that conceal the sender or automated nature when disclosure is required.

Customer is responsible for provider terms, consent, opt-out requirements, recordkeeping, and sector-specific laws applicable to connected email, messaging, payment, network, financial, health, employment, education, or government systems.

07

Enforcement

INTIGNAI may investigate suspected violations; preserve relevant evidence; rate-limit, deny, revoke, quarantine, or suspend a request, connector, seat, workspace, or account; require additional approval or verification; and cooperate with affected Customers, providers, or lawful authorities. Where practical, INTIGNAI will explain the control decision and provide a path to correct an error.

Serious, repeated, fraudulent, unlawful, or security-threatening violations may result in immediate termination without restoration of access. Payment obligations, evidence preservation, and surviving contract terms remain in effect.
